Passengers traveling into IAH on international flights will arrive at gates in either Terminal D or Terminal E. They will disembark and make their way through secure corridors and across the sky bridges to the adjoining Federal Inspection Services (FIS). The Houston Metro offers affordable bus service in Houston and has introduced new routes, including the Downtown Direct service from IAH.

The RideMETRO and METRO Q apps are available for download on your preferred app store. Rail service is available from downtown to the University of Houston, the Museum District, the Texas Medical Center, and various entertainment and sports venues.
Uber and Lyft have applications available for download, and local taxi companies operate throughout the city.
Citizens from some countries may require a Visa to come to the USA. The detailed information concerning visa requirements is available at the Travel.gov website.
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure.
Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 3 months in advance of the ICT 2026.
If you need a visa please make sure you leave enough time to apply and to have the relevant accompanying sponsor letters. The conference secretariat will only provide invitation letters for visa for registered and paid participants.
