ICT 2026 has contracted a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Houston at a reduced rate during the preliminary 2026 World Cup Houston events. All oral and poster technical sessions, exhibits, and lunch buffets will be held at the Hyatt. We encourage participants to book at the Hyatt to help fulfill our obligations, to avoid commuting issues, and to increase the comraderie for participants.

Government/State Per Diem

An ICT 2026 roommate matching is offered by the conference organizers solely as a courtesy, and is being provided for registered students, postdocs, and faculty who wish to share a room to lessen costs. You may wish to add a third or fourth person to your room to further lessen housing expenses, subject to availability. You agree to allow your name and the following information to appear on a confidential list that will be shared only with you and others seeking roommates, and solely for the purpose of allowing contact between you and others on the list. It is up to each individual to make their arrangements to share.
