Sponsorships are critical to the success of ICT 2026 in Houston. Partnering allows for reduced registration fees, assistance to participants who could not otherwise afford to attend, and offsets for student registration. Sponsors also provide essential and valuable information, serving as a source of networks and knowledge for the participants. In exchange, ICT will increase each sponsor’s visibility, both pre- and post-conference, by formally recognizing their contribution in electronic and printed materials, providing time for them to address participants in formal sessions and events, and, depending on the level of support, offering multiple registration waivers. The conference is also a great place to meet an exceptional group of upcoming graduates and young professionals, especially as we face a shortage of skilled workers.
Contributing Sponsors are being solicited for overall conference support at the $25K level. Your co-support of the Summer Thermoelectric School will enable talented students to immerse themselves in relevant topics taught by experts in the field, enriching their knowledge and providing them with breaks and box lunches. Other benefits can be tailored to the sponsor.
Additional sponsorships are available in Platinum ($10K), Gold ($5K), Silver ($3K), and Bronze ($2K) levels. As a sponsor, your logo and a link to your organization will be prominently featured in various ways. You will also be listed on the opening session slide and included in printed and electronic materials. You will have an opportunity to address conference participants at the Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, coffee breaks, or outings. Your contribution will help talented graduate students through discounted registration fees and best paper awards, as well as support postdoctoral fellows and senior engineers who may face financial challenges.
All benefits below and up to three registration waivers, with the opportunity to co-host the Summer Thermoelectrics School, and/or address participants during the Opening Session. Benefits will be tailored for these unique contributors.
